PIA Collective is a vibrant community of practitioners reaching the world

Our member practitioners come from a wide range of sectors and fields including the public, corporate, teaching, media, the arts, business consultancy, NGO’s, health and academia. While this brings a variety of perspectives and experience from different contexts and continents, what we all have in common is the ability to support individuals or groups to make sense of and navigate what is going on for them, using the P6 Constellation framework.

All our member practitioners practice the self-centering praxis of Presence in Action with each other, enabling us to deepen and extend our capacities to support others. We resource ourselves through through:

  • Training

  • Mentoring

  • Supervision

  • Group practice

  • Community in Practice Gatherings

  • Self-reflection using the P6 framework

  • Learning apprenticeships.

Our professional members engage in supervision and commit to the Principles Of Our Practice - a foundational document which guides the core of our engagement in and as a Community IN Practice. On the basis of this robust declaration of commitment to ongoing personal and professional learning and practice Oxygen Insurance acknowledges us as a Professional body serving and safeguaring our members and those we serve.

By working with one another over time this builds our own capacity to hold our clients and enables us to nurture (re)generative coherent relationships across both our own working and personal lives.

We also offer PIA bursaries to individuals who would like to be a Member Practitioner but are less able to fund their participation.
